We take average or lack-luster properties in great neighborhoods, and transform them into works of art. In addition, we purchase prime residential lots, and build new homes. 

We do not follow conventional design standards, and pride ourselves on avoiding the "status quo" in home design. Every one of our homes has a unique interior, thoughtful design, and attention to detail. We usually over spend on stuff we think is cool too!
